funnily enough, i think the best ice gear is 2 pieces malistaire + 1 piece waterworks (just for crit+block). the full ice malistaire set gives over 45% damage while full ice waterworks is like 34%. and mali still gives good resist/accuracy/hp. it's pretty hilarious. Power pip rating doesn't rly exist till 100.

For your level, there is not really a lot of good decks that the best to go for but house of scales has that 1 accuracy deck, wait till 70 for Poseidon dungeon the sand squid drops that fire giant deck that's pretty good. Either way I use a deck that has lots of death copies. I personally prefer the waterworks gear over the crafted as it provides more universal resist and slightly more damage in some of the parts. The crafted gear does provide an extra blade and trap for your school however. If you don't feel like farming waterworks then the crafted gear will do you just fine until darkmoor :)Waterworks may be easier to farm for at first since you can respawn at least one of the bosses. House of scales is a bit more offensive gear, lots opt for the robe and hat from there. I think the waterworks boots are best though. I might have the hat and boots switched in my head though.
