UNP and its variations offer better vanilla and DLC coverage. Some mods of interest like IA also have UNP patches. The last time I checked for CBBE's remodeled vanilla/DLC armors, only the Dragonborn one was complete, the vanilla one is still unfinished, and only the Vampire Armor was covered for Dawnguard; everything else past that is revealing armor.

I use CBBE in my game, but it's all a matter of preference. There are good armor mods for both body types, so you can't really go wrong with either choice. I started with CBBE and used it for a while but ended up switching to UNP which I felt looked more realistic and less exaggerated. Weight slider for UNP seems to be about an A to C cup where CBBE seems like it starts at C. Bodies just look better overall with UNP in my opinion. Definitely CBBE, much better selection of armor and in my option better tools for customizing bodies. UUNP. Way more Armors with Bodyslide support. I was never a Fan on CBBE.
