Normally when the car doesn't start, you can reset it by disconnecting the 12v battery for a minute and then try again. It should start at least 1 time. If that doesn't work, then you have a blown fuse. I don't know which fuses to check for on the gen 3. I have disconnected the 12v many times.2006 Prius. Model: Five. If it happened after you ran the phone charger with the car off, that'll likely be why. Also, you shouldn't use an AC adapter for charging your phone, buy a 12v USB adapter ...I have 2008 Prius with 126k miles on it.
