Primaris terminators

Terminators are radically different from their tactical contemporaries, whereas Gravis is just a heavier variant of Primaris. It lacks the presence and fear factor. I'd prefer Gravis to basically just be a kind of wargear option or a variant of primaris, while having terminators still be their own thing.
