I plan using my next E-ink phone the same way. I did some research and I'm presented with these options. Hisense A5 (or color versions) Hisense A6/A6L. Hisense A2pro. Yota 3+international. I tend to getting the Hisense A5 with google play although I don't know if having no second LCD Display will be nuisance.
