Pathfinder wrath of the righteous lich

Nope, a Lich only needs said item to be "re-formed" AFTER having been killed. Just destroying it doesn't kill the Lich, it merely prevents the Lich from coming back after you'd eventually kill it. Then that begs the question, if it's destroyed and we survive, what stopping us from creating a new one.

I have checked gear, feats and mythic talents. Additionally none of my allies have abilities that change my Lich spell damage types. I think it has to be a bug or something very odd. It just really sucks because lots of those lich spells have no SR and do straight unholy or negative damage- carried me through a bunch of fights.Lich gets the undead traits: No Constitution score.
