Move windows to another drive

I have both a 120GB SSD and a 1 TB HDD. I have already installed windows 7 on my SSD and installed some programs on it. When I installed more programs on my HDD, the program files and other files kept saving on my SSD. Now I have files for the same program on two separate drives. I don't want that.
