The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) program is the most community led awareness building and fundraising partnership in the Special Olympics movement. Each year torch run officers host community-based fundraisers across Massachusetts including: tip-a-cops, Polar Plunges, truck pulls, dodgeball tournaments, and 5Ks.
