How is this good? It takes load off of your cpu, if you have an underperforming cpu. Thus, it supposedly can help with cpu bottlenecking.

Intel has better image quality for XeSS (DP4a) vs FSR. If Meteor Lake iGPU can do XeSS XMX, it would be even better. Upscaling tech is a must, especially for handheld given the improved performance and image quality. It can't do XeSS XMX And AMD APUs can run XeSS DP4a as well.
