This won't make you feel better but at 38 weeks I was low, 75% effaced and 1cm dilated. I ended up going 10 days overdue. :p Everything can change or nothing can change in 2 weeks. I found walking a lot and bouncing on my exercise ball made things more comfortable and helped me keep my hips from getting too tight.
